The evoheatshield for the VW 1.9-liter SOHC 8V TDI engines, #A4103, in A3 and A4 Golf/Jetta cars, developed in conjunction with BAR tuning in Houston, TX (www.bartuning.com), includes 2 OEM intake manifold gaskets, a 0.250"-thick black phenolic evoheatshield spacer, all-stainless steel hardware and illustrated instructions manual.
NOTE: The evoheatshield #A4103 may be installed in engines equipped with EGR. Due to the shifting of the intake manifold, the metal tube connecting the EGR valve with the intake manifold needs to be slightly bent until it reaches its new shifted location.
